cf0em! Copy the "Bella Ortiz Retouching" file to the folder User(C:)/Program files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Plug-ins/Panels
=jg!@H=_i (TEST) For use in CC, copy the "Bella Ortiz Retouching (CC)" file to your Adobe Photoshop CC Panel folder.

&(Xp_3PO ^B1vvb When running each step/action in the actions or panel, make sure you are on the top most layer. The actions/steps will pick up from wherever you are. So when they make a layer copy of everything that's showing it will be placed directly above whatever layer you're on at that moment.
